School Activities
An ideal school gives its students, the scope and the spirit of healthy competition to excel at all levels. Other than academics, many more activities are needed to fulfill the purpose of life building. These activities build self confidence, improve soft skills and inculcate competitive spirit. In order to ensure the development of the students total personality, the school provides ample opportunity for all students to engage themselves in variety of cultural and co-curricular activities. Inter-house activities are organised to instill a spirit of competition.
One of the greatest joys of working with children is the opportunity to re-live our own childhood. All it takes is to unleash the power of rhymes, songs and poems. Music inspires the best in man. It heals the soul. Children love music. That’s the reason music plays an important role in the NTS curriculum. Children have music Classes accompanied by the music master on the keyboard. Playing of the keyboard is also taught during the afternoon Activity Classes which is optional.
Creativity and multiple intelligences can be identified through art. Art helps children to express their ideas, channelize their imagination and experience the joy of colours. Students are taught different art forms like brush painting, thread printing, collage work, paper mosaic, vegetable printing, art forms with waste material, cotton dabbing etc. Creativity helps in more concentration increased attention span and better academic output.
Various extra curricular activities are organised through out the year, which gives the students an opening to explore and fine-tune their artistic talents. Occasions like Navratri, Diwali, Holly-Dhuleti, Navratri, Shard-Purnima, Janamashtami, Christmas, Pateti, Independence Day, Teacher’s Day, Republic Day etc. are celebrated in school to help the children understand the significance of such festivals.
Competition has a cutting edge. It is the key to success. In order to inculcate the spirit of competition, various competitions are conducted for all classes. Craft work, Debates, singing, elocution, drawing, painting, creative writing, fancy dress, dramatics, Dancing, Quizzing, etc are just a few. It helps the children to realise their creative potential and instill confidence in them. Children have opportunities to show their talents, creative writing, sketching through quarterly bulletins & annual magazine.

KPSNA – Kadva Patidar Samaj Of North America and PCA – Patidar Culture Association (America). Saurashtra of Kadva Patidar Association were providing ‘UMA SCHOLARSHIP’ to needed students. The school provides coaching through trained professionals for diffrent games & sports like Hockey, Football, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Tennis, Lawn Tennis,etc. In addition sustained training is imparted in athletics also. An Indoor sports complex has been created for the games like Table Tennis, Chess, Carom board and many other indoor games.
